All prices on this website exclude VAT, charged at the current rate of 20% and do not include delivery
Despatch Policy
Subject to availability we will despatch all orders within two-three working days unless a particular item is out of stock. Customers will be informed, by e-mail, of any delays.
Returns Policy
You can return any unwanted items within 7 days for a refund. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging and complete. Should there be anything missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours as we cannot accept any responsibility after this time.
Where goods are returned showing no faults, customers will be charged a re-stocking fee of 30%. This wll be charged prior to the return of the goods and a refund issued on their return. In the event of a return delivery charges will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, the supplier.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards payment can also be made cheque, cash or bacs payments. In certain cases we can also accept official purchase orders from PLC companies and Local Authorities.
Guarantee
All of our new products come with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee (unless stated) This guarantee does not effect customer’s statutory rights.
